Requirements
- ITIL v3/4 certification
- Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE certification
- 2-3 years of help desk or service desk experience
- Experience with different ITSM systems
- Experience supporting end-user computing devices and desktop applications
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments
- Strong technical understanding and awareness of relevant subject matter
- Ability to diagnose technical issues
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment and a self‑motivated approach

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT service and support for employees across our firm
- Support technical issues involving Microsoft core business applications and operating systems
- Deploy laptops and mobile devices
- Manage asset tracking for inbound and outbound hardware
- Handle end‑user onboarding and off‑boarding
- Communicate with customers, keeping them informed about incident progress, changes, and outages
- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
- Track, log, and correct information using our ITSM tools to protect assets and components
- Maintain a high level of customer service and handle complex complaints with empathy
- Resolve user requests and own service desk issues until they are reassigned, mitigated, or resolved
- Investigate problems in systems, processes, and services, and contribute to remedial and preventative measures
- Create knowledge base articles for ITSM customer self‑help guides
- Identify and engage with users and stakeholders to gather user needs evidence
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help customers install approved applications and programs
