We are looking for a System Administrator who can help us deliver an effective and efficient service and resolve customer problems promptly to support client satisfaction. We value strong product knowledge of our products and services. We expect you to contribute to and maintain a technical library with up-to-date information. We are looking for someone who can provide input on system scaling, technical advice, and risk assessments to our Service Delivery Manager as needed. You should be committed to keeping up with current and emerging technical developments.

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

  • MCSA: Office 365
  • MCSA: Windows Server 2016/2012
  • Experience with Exchange Server
  • Experience with Office Suite
  • Networking knowledge
  • Cisco ASA / Meraki router configuration
  • Azure
  • RDS / Terminal Services
  • Mitel
  • Sophos
  • Citrix Certified Associate - Networking (CCA-N)

You must be free to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across our company products and services.
  • Maintain and update our technical library with relevant information.
  • Provide input on scaling systems where required.
  • Provide technical advice and risk assessments to our Service Delivery Manager as required.
  • Invest time in understanding current and new technical developments and staying up to date with them.

Technologies: Azure, Citrix, Cisco Support, Office 365, Windows Cloud.
