Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the accuracy, integrity, and governance of colleague data and People systems.
- Produce regular reporting and dashboards on key metrics including headcount, attrition, absence, payroll, and reward.
- Analyse trends and translate data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Act as the primary contact for HRIS and People system providers, ensuring effective performance and optimisation.
- Support reward, pay, and benefits activity including salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Support the delivery of cyclical People processes such as annual pay review, bonus administration, and statutory reporting, including gender pay gap reporting.
