Requirements
- We are looking for an IT Manager with experience working at a 3rd line technical level.
- We prefer candidates with 4 years of IT management experience.
- We require candidates to be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
- We provide hands‑on support across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line issues for software, networks, hardware, and telephony.
- We oversee incident and problem management, including coordination with third parties, to keep critical systems highly available.
- We follow and promote our GDPR and information security policies.
- We lead, develop, manage, and coach our IT team to build a high‑performing department.
- We identify technology gaps, champion new solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the technology development lifecycle.
- We propose and implement technologies that support our broader strategic goals.
- We ensure the resilience, availability, and security of our IT estate in line with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials.
- We work with our Cyber and Information Security Manager to identify risks, implement mitigations, and maintain compliance.
- We draft, update, and implement our IT policies and operational procedures.
- We partner with our Transformation team and third‑party suppliers to deliver project changes and bug fixes against SLA requirements.
- We build strong relationships with key vendors to improve value, service delivery, and system availability.
