We are looking for an experienced Head of Network Services with a strong background in enterprise network design and operations. We need proven experience across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments. We require experience in network security, segmentation, routing, switching, and IP design. We are looking for expertise in monitoring, logging, and observability. We need experience designing high availability and resilient network solutions. We value experience in OT, BMS, or industrial networking environments. We are looking for someone who can act as the final technical authority for network design decisions. We need strong leadership capability to manage and support team members from both an operational and developmental perspective. We prefer candidates with experience in a global cloud-based MSP or similar customer-focused technical environment.
Responsibilities:
