Requirements
- Proven experience in cyber security operations and network infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls, SIEM tools, and endpoint security
- Experience with L2/L3 networking, including Nexus, LAN/WAN, and Wi‑Fi
- Experience with vulnerability management, for example Qualys, and incident response
- Understanding of data security, threat analysis, and security best practice
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Methodical, organised, and detail‑oriented approach
- Willingness to work ad hoc weekends as required
- Ability to work hybrid, including being fully office based for the first 4 weeks
- Able to work from our Tadworth location, with car travel advisable due to the location
Responsibilities
- Manage our day‑to‑day cyber security operations and incident response
- Monitor and optimise our security tools, including SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint security
- Maintain and support our network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and L2/L3 environments
- Identify threats, conduct investigations, and implement security fixes
- Support the delivery of our cyber security projects and ongoing improvements
