- Strong background in user support and application troubleshooting
- Experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments

Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and support VMware infrastructure
- Maintain Microsoft Server 2022 environments (including Active Directory, DNS)
- Support Windows 11 desktops and third-party applications
- Ensure the functionality of anti-virus solutions and system security
- Manage basic networking and local area networks
- Oversee backup systems
- Proactively monitor systems, identifying and resolving faults
- Log, track, and manage support tickets through to resolution
- Work closely with customers to support their on-premise IT solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service reviews
