- Proven, hands-on experience managing and optimizing NetApp storage solutions.
- Deep understanding of SAN environments, including performance tuning and optimization.
- Extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure management, data management, and user account/access controls.
- Experience working within project lifecycles and producing strong technical documentation, including operational procedures and end-user materials.
- Demonstrated experience leading small technical teams to deliver project tasks.
- Advanced fault-finding, diagnosis, and resolution capabilities across enterprise environments are highly desirable.
- Experience with File/Print Clusters, Virtualization, Messaging, and Enterprise Thin Client environments is highly desirable.
- Hardware build and evaluation experience is highly desirable.
- Relevant technical certifications, such as MCSE or equivalent vendor-specific storage accreditations, are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope technical solutions, estimate resource and cost requirements, and contribute to proposal-ready documentation.
- Manage data storage, including space allocation and optimization, support SAN environments, oversee access authorizations, and ensure network access integrity.
- Evaluate, test, and integrate new hardware and software products into existing program infrastructure.
- Provide high-quality second-line support to resolve incidents and service requests efficiently within a strict SLA framework.
- Guide and mentor small technical teams to deliver project tasks on time and within scope.
