- Experience in a successful customer-facing role, such as sales, retail, or hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers and sales staff with Microsoft and cloud sales opportunities.
- Administer customer licensing, software, and cloud queries, and complete orders.
- Engage customers around new opportunities and identify opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support our cloud growth strategy by targeting mid-market and enterprise clients with Microsoft products and solutions.
- Manage Microsoft licensing tasks, including renewals, license purchases, billing queries, and portal administration.
- Administer cloud vendor partner centre portals.
- Help customers with Microsoft cloud support queries and resolve issues.
- Provide guidance on suitable products across the cloud technology stack, including Azure Services, Microsoft 365 licenses, Microsoft Server and Data Centre licenses, Microsoft Applications, and Acronis Cloud Solutions.
- Build direct relationships with our Microsoft customers and respond to product suitability queries.
- Attend customer scoping calls and involve pre-sales resources where needed.
- Attend quarterly Microsoft business reviews with account managers.
- Work with marketing to support Microsoft and cloud technology events and create marketing materials.
- Support our sales team across the cloud portfolio and cloud managed services.
- Conduct customer scoping calls to gather requirements and propose the best Microsoft or cloud solution.
- Create Microsoft business proposals and quotes in Pandadocs for our customers.
- Advise sales staff to help achieve the best outcome for our customers.
