Requirements

Responsibilities

As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will be supporting a wide range of clients, technologies, and projects, gaining direct exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, networking, and virtualization. You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior engineers who will assist you in developing your skills towards 3rd Line, Infrastructure, or Cloud roles through hands‑on project work, mentoring, and structured certifications.
