Requirements
- Strong experience as a Solutions Architect delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Experience creating transitional roadmaps from current state to future state.
- Cloud-first architecture experience with AWS or Azure.
- Expertise in APIs, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps tooling and modern delivery practices.
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, and BPMN.
- Awareness of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Solid understanding of Agile and SDLC best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Confidence working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, with three days in the office and a salary of up to £75,000 per annum.
