Responsibilities
- Write code for around 60% of your time.
- Lead architecture and make key technical decisions.
- Manage and develop a team for around 40% of your time.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Own delivery outcomes end to end.
- Run 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
- Mentor engineers in system design, clean coding, problem solving, and AI literacy.
- Coach the team on safe and effective use of AI tools and workflows.
- Improve productivity through AI tools, automated test generation, and AI-assisted debugging.
