  • Knowledge or practical experience of work measurement or work study methodologies such as MTM2 is desirable
  • Background in productivity, industrial engineering, or workforce management is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our team and central stakeholders to define measurement requirements
  • Create measurement plans and select the most appropriate work measurement methodology for each activity
  • Observe, review, and document in‑store processes to understand end‑to‑end tasks and capture all variables
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure objectives and methodologies are clearly understood
  • Carry out in‑store measurements using appropriate techniques such as work study methods, activity sampling, and video‑based analysis
  • Produce labour standards and calculate Basic Minute Values for defined processes and tasks
  • Validate and quality‑check measurement results
  • Review differences in processes before and after implementation, highlighting efficiencies or variances
  • Summarise findings clearly and present insights to stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment
  • Conduct store visits for measurements, process audits, and validation
  • Support continuous improvement in productivity and labour optimisation
