Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday experience.
  • Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday in a senior SME capacity.
  • Experience in at least two full lifecycle Workday implementations.
  • Expertise in HCM and Reporting, plus at least one of Integrations, Security, or Financials.
  • Experience with operational support, release management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong business analysis and process optimisation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the delivery of our Workday platform across HCM, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Integrations, Security, and Reporting.
  • Provide strategic and operational support for Workday delivery.
  • Lead a small internal team.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

This is a remote contract role with occasional onsite visits, offered at £600–£650 per day inside IR35 for 6 months, with potential to be extended.
