Requirements
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for problem‑solving
- Eligible for SC and/or DV clearance
- Ability to meet UK Government residency and right‑to‑work requirements associated with the required clearance level
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain reliable, scalable physical and virtual infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
- Automate processes using tools such as Ansible to improve efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across the business
- Support continuous improvement of systems, tools, and practices
- Operate across the full infrastructure stack, from bare metal systems through to virtualised deployments and the applications running within them
- Help ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, and reliable
- Influence technical direction and improve system performance
