Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a recruiter
  • Experience managing an existing account base and building a desk through new business development into new accounts
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, with a confident and articulate telephone manner
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Organised, tenacious, and resilient personality
  • High energy, motivated, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to stay up to date with the changing IT industry and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing account base while building a desk through new business development into new accounts
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and talent in the tech industry
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
  • Develop and refine an interview process that improves assessment quality and candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
  • Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
  • Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates
  • Drive the offer process and close candidates
  • Ensure a fantastic candidate experience
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in the specialist market
  • Implement modern sourcing and recruiting methods
