Requirements
- Strong Windows Server administration experience, including IIS, Failover Clustering, and Microsoft NLB
- Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and Teams
- Experience supporting cloud and edge infrastructure technologies, including AWS and Cloudflare (WAF, CDN, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills within complex production environments
- Experience supporting highly available, customer-facing platforms
- Ability to work remotely with 1 day per month in Oxford
- Willingness to participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rota (approximately 1 week in every 6)
- Linux systems administration experience is desirable
- Exposure to infrastructure security and hardening best practices is desirable
- Experience working within fast-paced operational or online platform environments is desirable
