Requirements:
- Experience as an Insights Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, BI Analyst or Reporting Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of reporting, dashboard development, data analysis and insight generation
- Experience working with complex datasets and producing actionable insights
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and continually improve Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data is presented in a compelling and accessible way
- Deliver reporting, analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organisation
- Work closely with Fundraising, Communications and Engagement teams to support campaign targeting, audience segmentation and post-campaign analysis
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, helping to embed a data-driven culture and improve data literacy
- Produce reporting and metrics to assess organisational performance and strategic objectives
- Undertake complex ad-hoc analysis, identifying trends, opportunities and actionable insights
- Support the development of reporting and insights across operational teams including Veterinary, Rehoming, Fostering and Behaviour Services
