Responsibilities
- We work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver effective data solutions.
- We translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers, both internal and external.
- We lead or support workshops to gather requirements and manage change requests.
- We act as the go-to expert for BI tools, troubleshooting issues and supporting users.
- We enable self-service BI by training and guiding users to create their own reports and dashboards.
- We help design and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- We work with subject matter experts to ensure data is accurate and integrated across systems.
- We identify opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, and enhance data delivery.
- We maintain clear documentation, including solution designs and user guides.
- We support and improve our central data platform and BI environment.
- We lead BI governance activities, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security.
- We coordinate testing for new or updated BI solutions.
- We monitor report performance and ensure data is delivered accurately and on time.
