Requirements
- Clear and demonstrable experience working with ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools
- Strong technical capability in business systems development, support, and maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working within a structured Business Systems or IT environment
- Degree-qualified or equivalent practical experience
- Experience supporting ERP upgrades or system enhancement projects
- Background in manufacturing or engineering-led environments
- Experience with system testing, integrations, and change control
- Experience supporting and training users through system change
Responsibilities
- Support, develop, and maintain ERP, reporting, and database solutions
- Investigate and resolve ERP, integration, and reporting issues
- Configure, test, and deploy system changes and enhancements
- Contribute to ERP lifecycle management, including upgrades and improvements
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define practical solutions
- Produce and maintain system and process documentation
- Execute change control and support system testing activities
- Provide user support and training as required
- Support scheduled system activities, including reporting and month-end processes, with occasional out-of-hours work
