Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy across EAM, Digital Core, and Intelligent Technology practices.
- Deliver consistent year-on-year revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned to strategic growth objectives.
- Develop multi-year account plans for key enterprise customers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales and Business Development team.
- Establish effective sales governance, forecasting, and reporting frameworks.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on consultative selling, pipeline quality, and deal discipline.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to align go-to-market activities.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior executives across enterprise clients.
- Lead strategic deal pursuits and complex SAP consulting engagements.
- Position as a trusted transformation partner for SAP implementations, managed services, and innovation programmes.
- Represent the business at executive-level client meetings, industry events, and SAP partner engagements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SAP account executives, partner managers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities through SAP RISE, GROW, BTP, and S/4HANA programmes.
