Requirements:
- SAP QM Functional Consultancy experience.
- SAP S/4HANA functional consulting expertise in Quality Management.
- Experience with functional and technical Scrum teams in scaled agile delivery.
- Experience leading, organizing, developing, and executing customer-facing Fit to Standard and Solution Validation workshops.
- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, master data, transactional data creation, and documentation of configurations.
- Experience across project lifecycle activities including design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, documentation, migration/conversion, cutover, hyper care, and support.
- Knowledge of key integration points with other SAP modules such as MM and PP is an asset.
- Experience with data mapping, QM master data, data requirements, data strategy, and ETL documentation.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and BTP delivery across distributed teams.
- Experience in developing and securing approval for solutions in S/4HANA, BTP, or SAP Cloud modules.
- Strong stakeholder management, risk management, issue escalation, and delivery governance experience.
- Experience presenting current-state and future-state business processes and securing business buy-in.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for functional and process delivery across assigned value streams at customer manufacturing plants and other locations.
- Design, develop, deliver, and support complex SAP solutions based on client guidelines.
- Conduct training programs in SAP QM.
- Prepare BPDs and update ARIS flows and L0 to L4 process documentation.
- Run design, fit to standard, and validation workshops with business stakeholders.
- Work upstream with Product Managers to understand the product backlog and pipeline proposals.
- Manage business stakeholders and ensure they are informed throughout the lifecycle.
- Complete configuration in S/4HANA environments and support master data and transactional data creation.
- Work in Scrum teams to deliver agreed scope in line with the governance model.
- Plan and manage resources proactively in line with business priorities.
- Work with Business Change and Service Transition Managers to support business readiness and handover to operational support.
- Ensure timely adherence to operational acceptance processes.
- Manage the value stream to realize business outcomes.
- Validate data readiness across SAP environments for testing, dry runs, cutover, go-live, and BAU operations.
- Define integration requirements, monitor progress, report status, and proactively resolve concerns, interdependencies, issues, and risks.
