Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and coaching a SAP team with deliverables.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and FICO modules.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Integration experience and experience with methodologies such as ITIL.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams.
  • Experience working in an organisation undergoing SAP transformation, ideally in an S/4HANA environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of SAP specialists responsible for daily operations, incident management, and support for transformation projects in the SAP environment.
  • Lead, coach, and support the SAP team.
  • Support rollouts, resources, projects, and enhancements.
  • Own end-to-end SAP service availability and manage vendor relationships.
  • Manage configuration activities.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation.
