Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong enthusiasm for IT and a willingness to develop skills in troubleshooting and problem‑solving. We value your ability to deliver exceptional customer service. This role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will take calls from customers and help to resolve their IT issues, acting as the first point of contact for our customers. You will resolve incidents using your initiative, knowledge, and problem‑solving skills, employing remote support tools to address and fix issues. Additionally, you will keep customers updated throughout the incident life cycle.
