We are looking for an experienced IT Technician with hands-on experience supporting multi-site environments with 150+ users. We would prefer experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
We require experience with:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services.
- Administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, users, groups, and permissions.
- Supporting Azure, Entra ID, and Defender environments, including identity, access, and hybrid cloud services.
- Configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure such as switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, NAT, DNS, and DHCP.
- PowerShell scripting or automation.

Responsibilities include:
- Administering, maintaining, and improving Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 administration, including users, groups, permissions, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
- Acting as an escalation point for infrastructure, network, cloud, and security-related issues.
- Producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation, processes, diagrams, asset records, and support procedures.
- Supporting IT projects, upgrades, migrations, infrastructure improvements, and wider business systems initiatives.
- Working with our outsourced MSP in delivering effective 1st and 2nd line service.
- Supporting backup, disaster recovery, patching, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening activities.
- Assisting with IT requirements relating to ISO 27001, TISAX, and other security-conscious or regulated environments.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, automate processes, strengthen security, and support innovation across the business.
