- Direct experience recruiting ERP professionals or closely related technology talent.
- Fluency in German at C1 level or above for daily communication with clients and candidates in Germany.
- Demonstrable experience recruiting ERP professionals across platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle and the types of professionals involved.
- Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships from scratch.
- Resilient, self-motivated approach with the hunger to build and own a desk.
Responsibilities
- Place experienced ERP professionals, including project managers, functional consultants, solution architects, developers, and business analysts, into businesses across Germany.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to offer management.
- Identify and win new clients through proactive business development.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Source, screen, and engage ERP professionals across major platforms and systems.
- Advise clients on market conditions, talent availability, and salary benchmarking.
- Represent our agency at industry events and networking opportunities where relevant.
