- Strong technical knowledge across core cyber domains, including risk management, security architecture, governance, assurance, or incident response.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end cyber security engagements across advisory and hands-on delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including at CISO and board level.
- Lead proposals and bids, and contribute to go-to-market strategy and service development.
- Support and develop junior and mid-level consultants through active mentoring.
- Put sensible operational processes in place and keep day-to-day delivery on track.
- Contribute to hiring decisions as the team grows.
- Take ownership of client engagements from start to finish, including risk assessments, security architecture reviews, policy development, incident response planning, and governance work.
