Requirements:
- Experience in a PMO Analyst, PMO Support, Programme Analyst, Project Support or Project Coordinator role
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting and programme controls
- Experience managing RAID logs, status reporting and project documentation
- Exposure to Digital Transformation, ERP, Finance Systems, Data or IT programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Monday.com
Responsibilities:
- Support programme governance, controls and reporting processes
- Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, issue trackers and action logs
- Produce programme status reports, dashboards and management information
- Support change control, planning, scheduling and milestone tracking
- Assist with budget, resource and vendor tracking activities
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas, minutes and governance documentation
- Ensure programme documentation is maintained and quality assured
