Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience across the Microsoft stack, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Hands-on Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms.
- Understanding of Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot and AI Builder.
- Experience designing customer-facing technical solutions.
- Pre-sales, workshop, or consultancy experience is desirable.
- Cloud platform experience, particularly Microsoft Azure, is desirable.
- Strong understanding of governance, security, and best practice within Microsoft environments.
- Experience producing technical documentation and solution designs.
- Excellent customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of scalable Microsoft-based business solutions for new and existing clients.
- Produce and review high-level technical design documents in line with our standards.
- Design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
- Support the integration of AI capabilities including Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, and related Microsoft AI technologies where appropriate.
- Attend client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Present proposed solutions confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support Account Managers and our Solution Architect team with technical proposals, statements of work, and project scopes.
- Act as subject-matter experts across Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI technologies.
- Guide clients on governance, security, licensing, and platform adoption best practice.
- Help customers modernise manual processes, spreadsheets, and legacy workflows using Microsoft technologies.
- Support the development of internal standards, templates, and reusable solution frameworks.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap developments, particularly around AI, Copilot, Fabric, and the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Promote best practice for low-code development, environment strategy, and solution lifecycle management.
- Work alongside Project Management and Development teams to support successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight throughout implementation phases.
- Assist in resolving complex technical challenges across client environments.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with security, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Support testing, validation, and handover activities where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and technical standards.
- Improve technical capability across the business through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Support Consultants and Engineers with solution design guidance and technical coaching.
