Requirements
- Previous experience in automation testing.
- Skilled test engineer with the ability to implement test strategy.
- Experience in manual and exploratory testing.
- Experience creating test plans and signing off completed tests.
- Able to work collaboratively with development and other teams.
- Preferably able to work in Norwich on a hybrid basis, ideally living nearby or able to travel to the office weekly.
- Ability to help shape quality practices and the use of AI in our business.
Responsibilities
- Design and build automation for testing and monitoring of our products.
- Carry out manual and exploratory testing to support product quality.
- Create test plans and sign off completed tests.
- Embed AI within our quality flow, from identifying opportunities through to implementing AI in processes.
- Drive our quality process and support continuous improvement.
- Manage and monitor risks and standards.
- Work closely with our development team to address edge cases and potential failure points.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through testing, documentation, and collaboration.
