Responsibilities

- Enable self-service BI by training and guiding users to create their own reports and dashboards.
- Help design and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure data is accurate and integrated across systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, and enhance data delivery.
- Maintain clear documentation, including solution designs and user guides.
- Support and improve our central data platform and BI environment.
