Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and model-driven apps.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and source control practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and support solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
- Deliver development work across the Microsoft Power Platform, including model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
- Build and maintain integrations using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
- Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using plugins, JavaScript, and Power Platform extensibility.
- Produce clear technical documentation for solutions and integrations.
