Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM in an implementation or support role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Technical expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the UK, with some travel in Europe.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system enhancements.
  • Experience with data migration, Power Platform, or Azure is a plus.
  • Preferably located within commutable distance of Gainsborough and Spalding in Lincolnshire or willing to travel to these sites at least 3 times per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring smooth adoption and use of D365.
  • Work closely with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Travel to Gainsborough and Spalding to provide on-site support and training as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in process automation and system enhancements to improve business operations.
