We are looking for a detail-oriented MarTech & Web Analytics Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, consent management, conversion tracking, event tracking, and digital measurement. We need proven experience managing tracking across web and mobile environments, landing pages, campaigns, and multiple markets. We require experience with consent management platforms and a solid understanding of GDPR and privacy-compliant tracking. We are seeking someone with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently resolve technical tracking issues. We need familiarity with cross-domain tracking, data layer structures, and marketing attribution tools such as Google Ads, Floodlights, Meta Pixel, AppsFlyer, SDKs, or similar. We require experience collaborating with marketing, analytics, product, engineering, and external technical teams. We value experience in performance-driven industries such as iGaming, betting, ecommerce, or digital marketing. We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and detail-focused professional with strong ownership and accountability. Front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are advantageous. Experience with server-side tracking, CAPI, S2S, Reporting APIs, app tracking, Firebase, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Google Tag Manager across active brands, countries, and markets.
- Maintain our Consent Management Platform and Google Analytics properties across web and app environments.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking, event tracking, marketing pixels, and third-party tags.
- Ensure tracking accuracy and measurement reliability across our digital platforms and campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, consent requirements, and evolving privacy standards.
- Keep our data layer structured, scalable, and reliable.
- Monitor tracking performance and proactively identify inconsistencies or issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for tracking-related issues and resolve discrepancies in conversion data.
- Debug tracking across landing pages, multi-step funnels, and cross-domain journeys.
- Support and maintain server-side tracking implementations, including S2S, CAPI, and Reporting APIs.
- Audit GTM containers, tags, triggers, variables, and data consistency across platforms.
- Reduce reliance on external engineering teams by resolving tracking issues independently where possible.
- Build, update, and maintain marketing landing pages through our CMS platforms.
- Support landing pages for PPC, Paid Social, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Implement tracking requirements directly into front-end code when required.
- Ensure pages are responsive, performant, and technically sound.
- Support rapid deployment of campaign updates without unnecessary delays.
- Act as a bridge between marketing and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Validate and QA test implementations delivered by external teams.
- Challenge and verify technical implementation where required.
- Maintain documentation for GTM structure, tagging frameworks, and tracking setups across multiple markets.
- Establish and enforce best practices for tracking implementation.
- Support consistency, audit readiness, quality control, and future scalability across our web properties.
