Requirements
- Relevant IT qualifications such as CITP (Chartered IT Professional) ITIL 4 Foundation or higher, with experience working within an ITSM-structured environment
- Experience working in similar roles within organisations with complex IT services, several hundred users, and multiple business-critical applications
- In-depth knowledge of housing management and related applications, especially Aareon QL, Aareon 1st Touch, and DRS
- Experience administering, supporting, and developing housing management and related systems
- Understanding of working with systems, processes, and data, and presenting them to meet the needs of the business and stakeholders
- Good awareness of information security threats and mitigations
