We are seeking a Lead Service Designer with proven experience in service design, ideally within Government Digital Service (GDS) frameworks. You must have previously worked for a central government client and possess a strong background in stakeholder management, communication, and business engagement. Experience in interaction design is essential, and familiarity with HR transformation or HR service environments is desirable. You should be skilled in identifying user needs and translating them into actionable service improvements, as well as comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and driving change.
