Requirements
- Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships with existing clients and end users.
- Ability to understand a client's business needs and identify opportunities to maximise new business and retain existing revenue.
- Experience with WLR, SIP, NGN and associated tariffing.
- Knowledge of data connectivity solutions including DSL, FTTC, EoFTTC, EFM, leased line, point-to-point, MPLS and SD-WAN.
- Experience with UCaaS, PBX and CCaaS/contact centre solutions.
- Experience with hosted managed services, private cloud and public cloud.
- Knowledge of IT services including Microsoft 365, security, backup, disaster recovery and DRaaS.
- Experience with mobile devices and voice/data composite solutions.
- Commercially accountable and results-driven.
- Ability to work from our Manchester hybrid location.
