Requirements:
- Experience developing strategic relationships within existing clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and end users.
- Strong understanding of clients' businesses to help maximise new business development and retain existing revenue.
- Experience with WLR/SIP/NGN and associated tariffing is desirable.
- Knowledge of data connectivity solutions such as DSL, FTTC, EoFTTC, EFM, leased line, P2P, MPLS, and SD-WAN is desirable.
- Experience with UCaaS and PBX is desirable.
- Knowledge of CCaaS and contact centre solutions is desirable.
- Experience with hosted managed services, private cloud, and public cloud is desirable.
- Experience with IT services including Microsoft 365, security, backup, DR, and DRaaS is desirable.
- Knowledge of mobile devices and voice/data composite solutions is desirable.
