  • Maintain high-quality housing asset information to support safe, compliant, and value-for-money investment decisions.
  • Manage and improve asset datasets, including stock condition, component lifecycles, compliance, and energy data.
  • Produce insight and reporting for operational teams and leadership.
  • Support robust data governance across our asset management systems.
  • Work collaboratively within our Asset and Development team to support our wider housing investment plans.
  • Identify data trends and exceptions and turn them into clear recommendations for colleagues and decision-makers.

This is a full-time Asset Data Analyst role within our Asset and Development team, offering agile working with a mix of office and home working at a salary of £40,000 per annum for 37 hours per week.
