Requirements

  • Degree, or equivalent demonstrable work experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong professional experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems via APIs.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, estimation, and collaborative delivery.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Marketing Cloud configuration and development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across our Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Design, develop, integrate, and optimise Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Product Owner, Revenue Operations Product Owner, Business Analysts, IT & Digital colleagues, and wider stakeholders.
  • Guide technical delivery and uphold our engineering standards.
  • Ensure Salesforce remains a stable, high‑performing, and continuously improving platform.
  • Support our strategic digital roadmap and customer experience ambitions.
  • Deliver reliable, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions that enable efficient business processes and excellent customer experiences.
