Responsibilities:
- We provide 2nd line support and deliver high-quality workplace technology services to council staff.
- We resolve 1st and 2nd line incidents through face-to-face support, telephony, and remote tools.
- We deliver hands-on support across multiple council sites.
- We install, configure, and decommission IT equipment, including cabling and network patching.
- We support print services and liaise with third-party providers.
- We manage and prioritise escalations, including VIP support cases.
- We work collaboratively with wider Digital Services teams on issue resolution and projects.
