Responsibilities:
- Triage and support customers reporting issues to help ensure the efficient working of our in-house Service Assurance team while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients
- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager to design and implement effective reporting that accurately reflects team performance
- Attend internal project meetings where necessary
- Regularly communicate with clients while exceeding their expectations
- Maintain a process-driven work environment
- Collate and communicate fault information to ensure quick resolution
- Enable continuation of service via utilisation of value-add products
- Understand and resolve faults within SLA
- Accurately triage all tickets and pass to the relevant support team for those not resolved by Service Assurance
- Coordinate internal and external resource
- Liaise with Group Networks and other surrounding support teams on faults and assurance
