Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM and infrastructure services
  • Manage complex Active Directory environments, including multi-forest estates
  • Support and optimise Microsoft Exchange platforms and messaging services
  • Administer and enhance NetApp storage environments
  • Work with MIM/FIM, PKI, and Single Sign-On technologies
  • Automate administration, reporting, and operational processes using PowerShell
  • Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technical transformation initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting expertise, and mentoring support
