Requirements
- 12+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on EAM / Plant Maintenance.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EAM transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of asset-intensive industries such as Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, business development, and contributing to revenue growth.
- Experience managing distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- SAP certifications in EAM/PM or S/4HANA are preferred.
- Experience with SAP BTP, Mobility, IoT, or Asset Intelligence Network is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the SAP EAM roadmap aligned to our S/4HANA and cloud‑first strategy.
- Own practice revenue targets and contribute to UK business growth.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing EAM team across onshore and offshore locations.
- Develop reusable accelerators, templates, and industry‑specific solutions.
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM implementations, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition programmes.
- Oversee integration across EAM, MM, FI, PS, and Supply Chain modules.
- Drive asset lifecycle management improvements, including maintenance planning, asset performance, and reliability.
- Support clients in adopting digital asset management strategies using SAP technologies.
- Lead RFP responses, solution design, and client workshops for EAM opportunities.
- Act as executive sponsor on strategic bids and proposals.
- Partner with SAP and ecosystem partners to drive joint opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership, client presentations, and industry events.
- Provide executive oversight on key EAM programmes and engagements.
- Ensure margin protection, delivery quality, and risk mitigation across projects.
- Drive governance aligned to SAP Activate and our internal delivery frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 standards.
- Leverage SAP S/4HANA EAM, Mobility, BTP, and analytics capabilities.
- Drive adoption of predictive maintenance, IoT, and asset intelligence solutions.
- Promote automation, data‑driven insights, and continuous improvement.
- Embed sustainability and ESG considerations into asset management processes.
- Support internal resource planning, hiring, and onboarding of EAM consultants.
- Mentor and coach consultants across functional and leadership capabilities.
- Establish best practices, standards, and knowledge sharing within the practice.
