Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration and custom development.
- Build modern Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Apex technologies.
- Implement and support core Financial Services Cloud capabilities including Person Accounts, Households, Relationship Groups, Rollups, Action Plans, and compliant data‑sharing models.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Support deployment and release activities through Copado, ensuring quality, traceability, and CI/CD best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all solutions meet security, regulatory, and governance requirements.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and the ongoing development of Salesforce best practices.
