- Strong Cisco networking experience at CCNP level or above
- Expertise in routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and STP

- Knowledge of NGFW platforms such as Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, or Fortinet
- Network automation experience using Ansible and/or Python
- Azure or AWS networking knowledge
- Experience within an MSP environment
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex 3rd line network and security incidents
- Support Cisco ISE, DNA Centre, and Wireless environments
- Deliver network upgrades, migrations, and security projects
- Manage firmware lifecycles and disaster recovery testing
- Produce RCA documentation for major incidents
- Act as a technical SME and mentor junior engineers
- Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Participate in an on-call rota for critical incidents
