- Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience including Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Fabric, and GitHub
- Experience designing secure, scalable Microsoft environments and governance models
- Strong understanding of DevOps, ALM, DLP, Zero Trust, and enterprise security principles
- Experience working within highly regulated environments handling sensitive data
- Ability to operate independently and engage confidently with stakeholders
- Senior-level experience as a Microsoft specialist, Power Platform architect, enterprise architect, or technical governance professional in complex enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Assess our current Microsoft automation, low-code, and AI landscape across a complex enterprise environment
- Define the technical, governance, and operational foundations needed to safely scale Power Platform, automation, and AI solutions
- Design Power Platform governance and environment strategy
- Assess AI and Copilot readiness
- Design DevOps and ALM approaches and working practices
- Review and strengthen security, compliance, and information governance
- Perform gap analysis and create a roadmap and future-state design
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and technical discovery sessions
