We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with 1st and 2nd line support experience, who has also worked in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate should be able to provide technical assistance on site in Aldgate for 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Providing first‑line support to office users for issues related to password resets, access requests, and login permissions.
- Assisting with queries related to the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
- Managing and assigning administrative access rights according to company policies.
- Escalating complex technical issues to our outsourced IT team when necessary.
- Serving as the intermediary between factory users and the outsourced IT team.
- Ensuring smooth communication and coordination with external IT providers.
- Diagnosing and fixing issues related to our IT services, including CISCO and VPN.
- Liaising with external teams to resolve escalated network issues promptly.
