Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line support for hardware and software issues in a Windows environment
  • Offer desktop support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Install company software such as Wareflow, SAP, MS Office, and design software
  • Set up new users and new PCs
  • Administer MS Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
  • Manage backup administration
  • Administer SAP, including unlocking and requesting new accounts and logging calls on the Head Office helpdesk
  • Repair or replace PC hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, tablets, and printers
  • Coordinate with external third-party suppliers for systems like CCTV and email
  • Collaborate with internal departments regarding CRM, SAP, Wareflow, and design software
  • Handle telephony administration
  • Set up company mobiles, handheld devices, and tablets
  • Administer the network infrastructure, firewalls, and internet connections
  • Serve as the first point of contact for antivirus, iPads, and video conference systems
