- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a personal car with business insurance.

- Ability to build PCs, including operating systems and required software, and deploy desktop and laptop devices.
- Field service or IT hardware support experience preferred.
- Permanent based in Glasgow and cover a geographic service area across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and support for field-based clients.
- Deliver on-site support for client IT hardware devices.
- Respond to tickets with an average travel time of around 30 minutes nationally.
- Build, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop PCs with the required operating systems and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware faults and basic software issues.
- Support customers in a professional, timely, and service-focused manner.
